I yearn

.

I somehow have had the chance

To begin to experience

A way I have never been,

Oh I think I yearn for you,

Oh I think I learn from you

What this word, this ‘love‘ might mean;

I think I begin to feel

My layers starting to peel,

The stone wall is going frail

As in my heart melts the ice,

A train starting to derail,

A future left to the dice,

From main-topmast down to keel

This ship is but yours to sail.

.
