A word, a thousand pictures

Sometimes theres is no word to express what you feel,

No real medication to simply make you heal,

You have to bear it all, you have to make it through,

It does not matter how nor does it matter when,

Whether it might be now, whether it might be then,

Just remember when you look back on this : you grew.

I know that a picture can be worth a thousand

So if I were to tell you all the pain there is,

If I were just to try to paint the marvels and

The struggles of this world that has for long been His

I would describe a sky stretching over the sea,

And a desert of sand floating into the night

As trees of emerald stretch as far as one can see

And everything feels good, and everything feels right,

But then comes a tempest and the wind starts to howl,

The earth itself is shaking and the sky rumbling,

Everything seems over and the world is crumbling,

And you can’t stop feeling lost in this time so fowl;

Seconds stretch into minutes, days, years, centuries,

When out of the darkness come alive your worries

And you find no answer – away goes all reason…

But what is that, I see upon the horizon?
